Abandoned Canal

An old canal that winds around a mountain. My friends and I were climbing through it to get to a really nice spot. It was really interesting, I would always drive on the highway across the river and wonder what was up there, and finally, years later, I did, and this is what I found.

Side story:
Also, along this same path, one of my friends accidentally stepped on a diamond-back rattlesnake, making it mad, so when I was about to obliviously step on it, it shook it's rattle and I squealed and jumped over it. We scared it away so my friend behind me could catch up. Other than that could-be-fatal accident, it was so beautiful.
